Shipping policy

Codebrwn is a brand owned and operated by ArtBySehgal Fashion India LLP (the "Company"). All orders placed on codebrwn.com are fulfilled by ArtBySehgal Fashion India LLP under the terms set out below.

 

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Upon confirmation of your order, our fulfillment team begins processing within two business days. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday from our warehouse.

We do not operate on public holidays or major festivals, and such days are excluded from all processing and delivery timelines.

4. Taxes, Customs and Import Duties

The product price displayed is inclusive of applicable taxes but excludes customs duties, import fees, tariffs and any other charges levied by the destination country.

These charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country and are borne entirely by the customer. ArtBySehgal Fashion India LLP has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their value in advance. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before placing an order.

Refusal to pay applicable customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of by the carrier. Any cost arising from such refusal is the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Complimentary Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide, including within India. Shipping cost is already built into the product price, so no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

6. Stock Availability

Due to high demand, we may occasionally experience stock shortages. In the rare event that an item is unavailable after your order is confirmed, a full refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

7. Delivery Estimates and Delays

All delivery timelines stated in this policy are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. We partner with reliable and trusted couriers to ensure safe and secure delivery, but logistics and transit remain outside our direct control.

Codebrwn and ArtBySehgal Fashion India LLP cannot be held accountable for delays arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural causes

• Adverse weather, storms, floods, earthquakes, and other acts of nature
• Natural disasters or environmental disruption affecting transport routes
• Governmental and regulatory causes
• Customs inspection, clearance procedures, and documentation review
• Strikes, lockdowns, curfews, or civil disruption
• Public holidays, transport restrictions, and regulatory or administrative action

In the event of such a delay, we make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed and to work with our logistics partners until the order is delivered.

Annexure: Shipping, Dispatch, Transit and Risk of Loss

Formal clause version for inclusion in the Terms of Service. This restates the policy above in contractual language and is not a separate set of terms.

1. Definitions

"The Company" refers to ArtBySehgal Fashion India LLP, operating the brand Codebrwn. "The Customer" refers to the person or entity placing an order on codebrwn.com.

 

2. Processing and Dispatch Timelines

Upon formal confirmation of an order, the Company's fulfillment division shall commence processing within two (2) business days. Orders are processed and dispatched exclusively from Monday through Friday from our central warehouse facility. The Company halts fulfillment operations on public holidays and major festivals, and such days shall be explicitly excluded from any processing timeline calculations.

 

3. Global Complimentary Shipping

The Company currently provides complimentary standard shipping globally, inclusive of domestic deliveries within India. Following successful dispatch, the Customer shall receive a confirmation electronic mail containing a designated tracking identifier to monitor transit progress.

 

4. Designated Logistics Partners

Domestic consignments within India are tendered to Delhivery and Movin, coordinated through the Shipzy logistics platform. International consignments are tendered to X-portel. The Company reserves the right to substitute logistics partners of comparable standing without prior notice.

 

5. Estimated Transit Windows

Domestic consignments carry an estimated transit window of three (3) to seven (7) days from dispatch, subject to delivery distance. International consignments carry an estimated transit window of eight (8) to ten (10) days from dispatch. Such windows are indicative estimates and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates or as forming any part of the contractual consideration.

 

6. Transit Liability and Delays

The Company delegates transit responsibilities to independent, trusted logistics couriers to ensure secure delivery. The Customer expressly acknowledges that physical logistics and transit remain outside the direct control of the Company. Consequently, the Company disclaims absolute liability for transit delays arising from unforeseen logistical exigencies, customs clearances, acts of nature, governmental or regulatory action, or other force majeure events.

 

7. Customs, Duties and Import Levies

For international consignments, all customs duties, import levies, tariffs and destination-country taxes are excluded from the displayed product price and shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. The Company bears no liability for consignments delayed, returned or disposed of by reason of the Customer's non-payment of such levies.

 

8. Unavailability of Stock

In the event that a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled by reason of stock unavailability, the Company shall issue a full refund to the original payment instrument. Such refunds may require five (5) to seven (7) business days to reflect, subject to the processing timelines of the Customer's issuing bank.
