Returns & Exchange

At CODE BRWN, we currently offer exchanges only. If the product you receive isn't the right size, you can exchange it under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or payment receipt is required.

Exchange Procedure:

  • Please initiate an exchange request with us before returning the item.
  • Returns sent without prior exchange request will not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

If Desired Size Is Unavailable:

  • You may select an alternate product of equal value.
  • Alternatively, store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will address the issue promptly. Claims made after 24 hours will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • Cancellations are only possible if the order is still processing and has not been dispatched. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at support@codebrwn.com.

Refund Policy:

  • Domestic Customers:
    Refund will be processed in account in 2-3 working days and in case of undue delay due to some uncertain event it will be communicated via email support@codebrwn.com
  • International Customers:
    Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment used during payment. For payment made via Paypal, the refund will be processed in account in 2-3 working days While in case of payment via Credit Card, the payment process will take around 5-7 working days and in case of  undue delay due to some uncertain event it will be communicated via email support@codebrwn.com
